Qualifications

• Sector Expertise: Agriculture startups, food processing, handloom handicrafts, tourism.
• Value Chain Development: Experience in developing and supporting rural value chains.
• Marketing Knowledge: Experience in marketing strategies and market research.
• Educational Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Preferred Sector Expertise: Prior experience with Amazon and Blinkit highly regarded.
• Knowledge of rural entrepreneurship, marketing for homestays, and agri-startups is essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate livelihoods development through rural initiatives and innovative solutions.
• Lead marketing strategies for farm and non-farm products, including related sectors.
• Develop and promote products tailored for farm and non-farm sectors.
• Build, support, and enhance sustainable value chains.
• Collaborate with agriculture startups, food processing units, handloom, handicraft, and tourism enterprises to bolster entrepreneurship and market access.
• Collaborate with organizations like Amazon and Blinkit to enhance marketing capabilities for local products.
• Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation.
