Job summary

Pioneer Insurance is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Associate to support IFRS-aligned reports, data consolidation, and executive communications. You will help ensure accuracy and transparency of our environmental and social disclosures.

The role involves tracking updates to IFRS, GRI, and SDGs, benchmarking best practices, and preparing quarterly briefs. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in sustainability research, reporting, policy work; familiarity with IFRS/GRI/SDGs.

Job description

To provide dedicated support for reporting, research, and policy development to ensure Pioneer meets sustainability disclosure requirements, aligns with priority SDGs and integrates sustainability in its operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting. Draft and review sections of IFRS-aligned Sustainability Report and GHG Emissions Report. Consolidate and validate data from departments and branches. Prepare visuals, tables and executive communications for internal and external audiences.
• Research. Track updates and ensure alignment to sustainability frameworks (IFRS, GRI,SDGs) and regulatory changes. Benchmark industry best practices and prepare quarterly research briefs. Draft communications materials on sustainability news, updates and features for internal and external candidates.
• Policy Development. Assist in determining, drafting and updating sustainability-related guidelines (procurement, social, operations) of the company. Maintain compliance documentation of developed polices.
• Coordination. Liaise with teams for sustainability projects and operations. Support KPI tracking and prepare monthly progress reports.

A Bit About You

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree. Has academic and practical experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Science, Public Policy, Business or related field.
• Preferably with 1-2 years in sustainability research, reporting, advocacy and policy work. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (IFRS, GRI, SDGs, materiality) and experience with IFRS-aligned reporting.
