Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate findings into insights.

• Strong project-coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end VRSA activities: intake, planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, status tracking, and management readouts.
• Review VRSA submissions for completeness and alignment with guidance.
• Conduct research to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and executive-ready summaries of VRSA activities and outcomes.
• Support engagement among rule owners and regional/global Risk teams; consolidate stakeholder input and track actions.
• Maintain VRSA records, trackers, templates, and governance materials.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across VRSA workflows and playbooks.
• Support design, testing, and adoption of workflow, data, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Perform related analytical activities in Visa Rules Governance and EPTA priorities.
