Job summary

Visa in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an analyst for the Ecosystem Program Transformation & Automation (EPTA) within Payment Ecosystem Risk & Controls (PERC). The role focuses on Visa Rules Self‑Assessment (VRSA) and supporting governance, analysis, and automation readiness to strengthen risk controls.

The individual contributor will coordinate intake, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and clear guidance for internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong project- coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support end-to-end VRSA activities, including intake, planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, status tracking, and management readouts.
Review VRSA submissions for completeness and alignment with requirements.
Conduct research to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries of VRSA activities and outcomes.
Maintain VRSA governance materials and participate in process improvement and automation readiness.
