Qualifications

• 3 years of RTA/WFM experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
• Knowledge with using WFM Scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create forecast and staffing models for optimal workforce staffing.
• Provide resource planning oversight and engage as a trusted advisor.
• Generate volume forecasts for client contact center.
