Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in the Philippines seeks a software developer responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex programs and scripts, in collaboration with software engineers to deliver integrated solutions. You will document solutions, deliver customer-focused results, analyze business requirements, and assist in testing, handover, and post-implementation activities.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of output and reporting.
• Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions. Mitigate risks in delivery while keeping to agreed plan and timeframes.
• Mentor and develop staff to maintain desired technical abilities within the team.
