Job summary

We Support Inc. is seeking an experienced RPA Developer – Blue Prism on a contract basis to join our technology team in Makati City, Metro Manila.

You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role requires 2+ years of Blue Prism experience, strong programming knowledge (C#/VB.NET/Python), and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years proven experience developing and implementing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Strong proficiency in programming concepts and at least one language (C#, VB.NET, or Python).
• Experience with process analysis and business process modelling to identify automation opportunities.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC and experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Blue Prism certification or relevant RPA certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with other automation tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere

This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions using Blue Prism technology. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes across the organization, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. This position is key to driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative automation solutions that directly impact business performance.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for
