Job summary
Our Clients in Manila seeks an experienced Application Automation Engineer to design, develop and enhance scalable automation solutions using leading RPA platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver reliable automation across enterprise systems.
You will mentor teammates, participate in design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality in deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA design, development, or implementation.
- Proficiency with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, process optimization, and workflow orchestration.
- SDLC and Agile experience; strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
