Responsibilities

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of automation processes.
• Monitor deployed bots and provide production support and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation-related reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
