Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that drive business efficiency. You will work with process owners and IT to implement scalable bots and ensure reliability across production environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across teams. Hybrid work setup available in BGC Taguig area with online/virtual hiring process.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing RPA solutions.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical RPA solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of automation processes.
• Monitor deployed bots and provide production support and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation-related reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Follow RPA development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions.
