Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines seeks a proactive RPA Developer to design and deploy process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools.

You will own full-cycle automation development from analysis to deployment, collaborating with Analysts, SMEs, and Tech teams to ensure scalable, reliable bots. You will work within a dynamic team implementing best practices in SDLC and agile methodologies, focusing on operational efficiency and accuracy across client processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SDLC and agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze business processes for automation suitability and recommend enhancements.
• Work closely with Process Analysts and SMEs to document automation requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
