Outsourcey in the Philippines is hiring an RPA Developer to design, build, test, and deploy automation that improves business processes. You will work with Power Automate Desktop and other RPA tools, write code in Python, C#, Java or VBA, and analyze processes to identify automation opportunities.

Join a fast-growing BPO team, collaborate with colleagues, maintain secure and compliant automations, and stay current with the latest RPA trends while delivering tangible value to clients.

Qualifications

• Min 2.5 years proven experience with RPA tools; Power Automate Desktop ideal, others a plus.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA).
• Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 years proven experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA tool is ideal, but other RPA tool experience is still a huge plus (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA).
