Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced RPA Automation Developer and Operations Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows. You will monitor SLAs, troubleshoot bots, and collaborate with the Operations team to align automation with business priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as an Automation Developer/Engineer.
Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or .Net.
Solid knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization.
Experience in insurance broking systems is highly desirable.
Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems.
Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting RPA workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and implement RPA solutions to streamline business processes.
Maintain RPA workflows to meet schedules, reports and SLAs.
Enhance and optimize existing automation for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with enterprise systems.
Create technical documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
