Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is seeking a proactive RPA Developer to create and deploy automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools.

You will drive full-cycle automation development from project identification through deployment, collaborating with Process Analysts, SMEs, and Technical Teams to deliver robust, scalable bots that improve operational efficiency and accuracy. You will design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions, monitor deployed bots, and provide support during UAT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#.
Familiarity with at least one RPA tool such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools.
Analyze business processes for automation suitability and recommend enhancements.
Work closely with Process Analysts and SMEs to document automation requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration of automated processes with existing systems.
Monitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring performance and compliance with standards.
Provide support during UAT and resolve post-deployment issues.
Document technical solutions and maintain process documentation.
