Cambridge University Press & Assessment | Manila seeks a Finance Administrator – Royalties to join our Manila royalties team. The role supports the UK royalties team with day-to-day tasks and managing queries, in a hybrid setup with two office days weekly in Makati.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in handling financial data and resolving complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate royalty and author data across financial systems.
• Process author contracts, tax records, and payments in line with compliance standards.
• Prepare and execute timely royalty payments, including advances and recurring earnings.
• Respond to author and stakeholder queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support royalty calculation cycles and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
