Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is hiring for a facilities maintenance role based at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience in the related field and offers a comprehensive benefits package including HMO, bonuses, and paid leaves. Responsibilities include monitoring critical equipment, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, adhering to safety procedures, and promptly addressing service requests with the Facilities Support Lead.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52-week program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service requests and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendations to Facilities Support Lead in a timely manner.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendations to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary actions as needed.

Job description

Deployment: 6th Floor. Two Ecom Bldg. Tower B. Harbor Drive. Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52-week program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service request and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendation to facilities support lead in a timely manner. i.e. air-conditioning temperature, defective outlets in work areas, locker request, etc.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendation to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary action as needed.
