AYSN Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Roving Product Specialist to promote MOFT and SteelSeries at Greenhills Mall and SM Megamall. You will deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate product features, and drive sales while maintaining strong brand visibility across both locations.

The role requires mobility between sites, upkeep of displays, and timely reporting of daily results. Prior retail or gadget experience, strong communication, and a target-driven mindset are essential.

• Senior High School graduate; college-level or college graduate.
• Experience in retail sales, gadgets, electronics, gaming accessories, or consumer technology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell MOFT and SteelSeries products to customers in two malls.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Roving Product Specialist to represent and promote MOFT and SteelSeries products at Greenhills Mall and SM Megamall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating product features and benefits, driving sales performance, maintaining product displays, and ensuring strong brand visibility in assigned stores.

As a roving specialist, the candidate must be flexible and willing to move between the two assigned locations depending on business needs and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Engagement

• Actively promote and sell MOFT and SteelSeries products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.
• Demonstrate product features, functions, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales transactions.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales assistance.

2. Product Knowledge and Brand Representation

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of MOFT and SteelSeries product lines.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, features, and product specifications.
• Clearly communicate the unique selling points and competitive advantages of each brand.
• Represent both brands professionally and consistently.
• Attend product training and brand updates as required.

3. Store Operations and Merchandising

• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and labeled.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment with store personnel.
• Check product inventory and report low stocks or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure promotional materials and marketing collaterals are properly displayed.

4. Roving and Store Coordination

• Rotate between Greenhills Mall and SM Megamall based on the assigned work schedule.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding product availability and sales activities.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and product visibility in both locations.
• Provide updates regarding store conditions and customer feedback.

5. Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Submit daily sales reports and accomplishment updates.
• Monitor individual sales performance against assigned targets.
• Report customer inquiries, product concerns, and market feedback.
• Provide regular updates on competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
• Assist in implementing sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least Senior High School graduate; college-level or college graduate
• Previous experience in retail sales, gadgets, electronics, gaming accessories, or consumer technology is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Willing to learn and develop in-depth product knowledge.
• Comfortable demonstrating technology products and gaming accessories.
• Flexible and willing to be assigned to both Greenhills Mall and SM Megamall.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Available to work on weekends, holidays, and mall operating hours as required.
