Job summary

SUPERB CATCH INC. is seeking a field-based Merchandiser based in Malabon to ensure proper product display and stock in multiple store assignments. The role is on-site with no prior experience required and requires a high school diploma.

You will maintain visibility, follow planograms, promote products to staff and customers, report stock levels, and ensure FIFO rotation. Strong communication and independence are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are displayed, faced, and stocked in assigned retail outlets.
• Maintain product visibility and comply with planograms and merchandising standards.
• Actively promote products to customers and store staff.
• Monitor stock levels and report stockouts, overstocking, or damaged items.
• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) to prevent expired merchandise.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess merchandising standards and display requirements.
• Identify issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement and report findings.
• Coordinate with store staff and management to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.
• Provide timely reports on store conditions, inventory status, and promotional execution to the Sales team.
