Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate required.
• Retail sales, cashiering, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in gadgets, technology, and mobile accessories.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Demonstrate and explain SteelSeries products including headsets, keyboards, mice, and mousepads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products, discounts, and store promotions.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
• Issue receipts and record sales transactions accurately.
• Perform daily cash counts and sales reconciliation.
• Maintain cash handling accountability and secure cash procedures.
• Keep MOFT kiosk clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Ensure products are displayed per brand standards and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Update displays, pricing, and promotional materials as needed.

Job Summary

The Cashier will be responsible for handling daily sales transactions, processing customer payments, and providing excellent customer service to shoppers interested in SteelSeries products. The role requires accuracy, honesty, product awareness, and a customer-oriented attitude to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Demonstrate and explain Steelseries product including headsets, keyboards, mice, and mousepads

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Actively promote products, ongoing discounts, and store promotions.

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.

• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods.

• Issue receipts and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions.

• Perform daily cash counts and sales reconciliation.

• Ensure proper handling and accountability of cash collections.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the MOFT kiosk.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and arranged according to brand standards.

• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.

• Assist with receiving, checking, and replenishing merchandise.

• Ensure product displays, pricing, and promotional materials are updated.

• Safeguard company products and kiosk equipment.

• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

• Monitor product movement and stock levels.

• Report customer concerns, product defects, and operational issues to the supervisor.

• Follow company policies, mall regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate.

• With experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is an advantage.
