Job Description

A roving promodiser is a dynamic retail role where you travel between multiple store locations (e.g., SM Megamall, SM Makati, and Robinsons branches) to represent a specific brand. You are primarily responsible for boosting product visibility, driving sales, assisting customers, and ensuring all inventory is perfectly stocked and displayed across different branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Hopping: Travel between various assigned retail outlets or trade areas within Metro Manila or a specific region to check on stock and sales.
• Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers, demonstrate product features, and explain benefits to close sales and achieve assigned quotas.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are well-stocked, properly rotated (FIFO), and visually appealing on the shelves, gondolas, or stockrooms.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical counts, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with store supervisors or area managers for immediate replenishment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales, inventory, and market feedback reports to your agency or company.

• No visible tattoo and no pierce (for boys)
• High school graduate
• All applicants must live or nearby in designated branches
• With complete mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
• Willing to start ASAP
