BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applications for a branch operations role at our Laguna, Santa Rosa, Philippines location.

The successful candidate will oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations, ensuring prompt service and strict adherence to internal controls and service standards. This position also supports the Marketing Section and assists the Branch Head in promoting the Bank's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area/ cluster

Job Mandate:
