Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations at the Cavite branch. You will ensure prompt service, adherence to policies, and support the Branch Head in marketing Bank products.

This role requires coordinating daily branch operations, safeguarding cash handling, and helping achieve branch financial targets while remaining compliant with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area/ cluster

Job Mandate

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible or the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.
