Job summary

Gandang Kalikasan, Inc. is seeking a roving merchandiser to ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility for Human Nature products across partner stores.

You will support in-store execution and trade activities. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, maintaining shelf hygiene, enforcing planograms, inventory checks, submitting freshness and inventory reports, building rapport with store personnel, and promoting the Human Nature brand while traveling to outlets in MRT malls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; vocational certificate acceptable.
• 2–3 years FMCG merchandiser experience in supermarket/key accounts.
• Able to communicate and negotiate with store personnel.
• Willingness to travel and handle basic computer tasks; proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Stocks replenishment and ensuring product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and shelving of products; enforce planograms.
• Safeguard shelf share and regular inventory checks.
• Submit inventory and freshness reports; generate reports for operations.
• Build rapport with store personnel and communicate promotions.
• Install merchandising materials and promote Human Nature brand.

We are looking to hire a Roving Merchandiser who will ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility for customers; implement trade activities; submit inventory and freshness reports; and produce competitive and other reports needed for day-to-day operations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Stocks Replenishment

• Maintaining cleanliness of products and shelves

• Safeguard shelf share

• Ensure product availability/suggest orders

• Regular inventory taking

• Install merchandising materials

• Building rapport with store personnel

• Implement Planogram

• Promote Human Nature brand

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate, college level or any vocational diploma course certificate;

• With 2-3 years work experience as Merchandiser in FMCG handling supermarket/key accounts;

• Able to communicate/negotiate with the store personnel;

• An interest in natural and organic personal care products and willing to travel;

• Knows basic computers;

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel
