Job summary

FILINVEST COMPANY:PROOFFICE WORK SERVICES INC.(PWSI) seeks a licensed engineer to ensure reliable operation of building systems, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and oversee multiple site projects in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Fresh graduates welcome, CE/BS in Engineering preferred.

The role requires daily inspections, reporting to Building Manager, and coordination with LGU inspections and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineer.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; CE.
Fresh graduates can be considered; candidates with relevant experience have an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operations of building equipment systems, physical appearance, safety and security of all facilities by conducting regular inspections.
Implement preventive maintenance works and undertake corrective maintenance when necessary.
Respond to residents & tenants calls and provide assessments to the Building Manager for proper actions.
Handle and manage multiple site projects (One Filinvest, FLI Wack-Wack, FLI EDSA & Studio 7).
Conduct daily walkthroughs and building inspections; submit daily reports to Building Managers.
Oversee repairs and installation works of equipment and on-going projects; witness testing and commissioning.
