Job summary

OCS Philippines is seeking a facilities engineer to manage manpower deployment, scheduling, and site maintenance across Makati, Taguig, Pasig, and Quezon City. You will oversee equipment troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering with a valid engineering license and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Licensed Engineering certification is required.
• 1–2 years of facilities engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions regarding client requirements.
• Plan and prepare for OPEX and CAP.
• Conduct site inspection of buildings, grounds and equipment; provide pro technical recommendations.
• Provide support and solutions to technical concerns.
• Coordinate with management for work approvals and repairs with outside contractors.
