Feihe International Philippines Corporation seeks a proactive Station Promodiser to drive daily sales and engage retail customers on the floor. You will showcase product features, maintain stock, and keep displays updated while collaborating with store staff.

You will monitor promotions, ensure pricing accuracy, and report sales and inventory data to the HR/Sales Manager. Travel to branches may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Undergraduate.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Promodiser or related retail roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Cebuano/Bisaya and Tagalog; basic English is a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Customer Engagement: proactively approach store customers, demo features, highlight benefits to drive sales.
• Merchandising & Display Management: keep products stocked, clean, organized, and displayed per standards.
• Inventory & Stock Control: perform stock counts, track movement, and coordinate replenishment.
• Store Operations & Reporting: maintain professional relationships with store staff and report daily sales and inventory data.
