Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee branch productivity and day-to-day operations across nationwide branches in the Philippines.

The role focuses on boosting sales and profitability, enhancing staff performance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate inventories while developing the competencies of branch employees.

This position requires availability to start ASAP and willingness to be assigned to all Executive Optical branches nationwide.

Qualificações

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course & Associate degree.
• With more than 5 years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in all Executive Optical branches Nationwide.

Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy and developing competencies of branch employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course & Associate degree

• With more than 5 years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.

• Can start ASAP

• Willing to be assigned in all Executive Optical branches Nationwide.
