Job summary

Clear Secured Services Limited is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage daily route planning for ATM/CIT services in the Philippines. You will prepare route sheets, allocate resources, and ensure timely withdrawals and dispatches while maintaining SLA performance.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar role, with cash handling experience and a degree preferred. You will lead a small team, coordinate with bank partners, and support internal audits and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 12th pass required; college degree in any specialization preferred.
• Total experience of 3+ years in a similar role with accountability of one branch or equivalent.
• Experience with petty cash management and cash handling processes.
• Familiarity with ATM/CIT operations or related audits is a plus.
• Knowledge of internal and external audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily route sheet and route prioritization for operations.
• Prepare indent for hand-over to ATM/CIT operators for daily route operations.
• Prepare, allocate and replace resources for withdrawal and dispatch route.
• Coordinate with reports team to monitor loading performance.
• Share customer reports with the bank at day end and manage escalations.
• Monitor recon and assist with internal audits and debriefing of routes.
• Ensure proper cash processing and petty cash management.
• Lead and coach ATM/CIT operators to achieve service goals.

• STRATEGICEnsure preparation of daily route sheet and route prioritization for operations
