Job summary

Sprout Solutions in Metro Manila is launching a rotational program for recent graduates and early-career professionals. You will rotate through 3 to 4 teams (strategy, operations, product, commercial) over 12 to 24 months, owning real projects with clear deliverables and measurable results.

You will analyze problems, gather data, and present recommendations to team leads and senior management; help launch new initiatives from planning through tracking early results; build a company-wide network

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates with an outstanding record are welcome.
• Top academic performance, leadership roles, or competitive internships (tech, banking, or consulting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and data.
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new teams, topics, and managers.
• High drive and curiosity, with a clear interest in growing into a future leader.
