Responsibilities

• Solicit business and generate revenue through upselling.
• Maintain positive relationships with travel agents and suppliers.
• Disseminate groups-related information to other departments.
• Coordinate with departments on last minute requirements.
• Report complaints or suggestions from guests.
• Participate in daily and weekly briefings.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals/contracts.
