Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, restock toiletries, and replace used towels.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle guests' requests politely and efficiently.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including handling hazardous cleaning chemicals safely.
