Job Title: Cleaner - Boarding House

Location: Daraga, Albay

The Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the boarding house is clean, organized, and hygienic for the residents. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks in common areas, private rooms, and other designated spaces, as well as ensuring that all cleaning supplies are well-stocked and safe to use. A cleaner in a boarding house is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Sanitize bathrooms and toilets, including sinks, showers, and floors.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches).
• Replenish toiletries, soap, and other supplies as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store laundry, including linens, towels, and bedding.
• Ensure all laundry is done in a timely manner and that items are kept in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and order more when necessary.
• Follow health and safety regulations when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized cleaning environment.

Qualifications
