Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in estimating software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural specifications
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating quantities and analyzing complex data
• Exceptional precision to prevent costly errors in estimations

Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimates of roofing requirements for clients
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine necessary materials, labor, and equipment (material takeoffs)
• Gather, analyze, and compare subcontractor and vendor quotes to prepare accurate, competitive bids and tenders
• Identify potential risks and, evaluate project requirements to recommend cost-saving strategies
• Maintain detailed records of estimations, actual costs, and contracts, including tracking changes in scope
• Prepares Sales Order and Production Order for plant production
