Job summary

CO Careers is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & E-commerce) for an on-site role in Clark Pampanga. The position focuses on ROI-driven Google Ads, SEO support, and driving ecommerce traffic and conversions.

You will collaborate with management to plan digital advertising strategies and analyze performance for ongoing optimization. The candidate should have 2+ years of PPC experience, familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns.
• Google Ads certification preferred but not required; basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce metrics.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI and conversions
• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports
• Conduct keyword research and manage ad budgets efficiently
• Implement SEO best practices for product and landing pages
• Support content optimization for ecommerce listings and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the ecommerce and sales teams to align campaigns with promotions and key products
• Stay current on Google Ads policies, tools, and digital marketing trends
