Clark Outsourcing is seeking an experienced SEO Manager for an onsite role in Clark Pampanga. The position involves leading paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and robust SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and conversions.

You will analyze performance data, optimize budgets, and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align all efforts with broader marketing goals. Expect a dynamic BPO environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in SEO and PPC.
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO optimization.
Practical knowledge of PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
Strong SEO practices: keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
Hands-on data analysis with tools like Data Studio, GA4, and SEMrush.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor, analyze, and report ad performance with data-backed recommendations.
Implement and refine SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to align paid and SEO goals.
Utilize web analytics to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for conversions.
Stay updated on PPC/SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Manage budgets for cost efficiency and ROI.
