Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management processes (8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DOLE, PEZA, DOE, ERC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced facilities operation and maintenance knowledge for RODI/WWTP and gas systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team in governance of the RODI/WWTP/Gas system of the plant.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of RODI/WWTP and gas systems to ensure robust operation.
• Attend regulatory agencies or customer visits/audits (PEZA, DOLE, DOE, ERC, clients).
• Manage major RODI/WWTP/Gas system projects from concept to implementation.
• Assist 8D for electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly review systems for conformance to standards and drive improvements.
