Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an RPA Engineer in the Philippines to design, develop, and maintain Blue Prism bots. You will participate in the full RPA development lifecycle from process analysis and design to deployment and post-production support.

You will modify existing bots as processes change, perform unit and integration testing, monitor bot executions, and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous automation improvements using C# / .NET where applicable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the Blue Prism RPA platform.
• Experience spanning from process analysis to post-production support.
• Strong testing and QA/UAT support experience.
• C# / .NET programming knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Blue Prism bots.
• Cover end-to-end RPA lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Modify bots to reflect process and system changes.
• Perform unit and integration testing and QA/UAT support.
• Monitor bot executions and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support bot deployments across QA, UAT, Production following release procedures.
• Create and maintain RPA process analysis, design, testing, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive automation improvements.

• Blue Prism – strong hands-on experience designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining RPA solutions.
• RPA Development Lifecycle – experience from process analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Automation Enhancement – ability to modify existing bots to accommodate process and system changes.
• Testing – experience with unit testing, integration testing, QA/UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Production Support – monitoring bot executions, troubleshooting failures, and resolving post-deployment issues.
• Deployment – experience supporting bot deployments across QA, UAT, and Production environments following change/release procedures.
• RPA Documentation – creating/maintaining process analysis, technical/design, testing, deployment, and closure documentation.
• C# / .NET – programming knowledge in C# and .NET Framework is an important technical requirement.
• Process Analysis – ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Stakeholder Management – good communication and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement – willingness to research new RPA capabilities, tools, and automation best practices.
