Job summary

SM Retail is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to build, configure and test process automation across business units in Metro Manila. You will design efficient workflows, review outputs for quality, and ensure maintainable solutions aligned with development lifecycles.

Work with business analysts, SMEs and stakeholders through analysis, QA and UAT to deliver high quality RPA automations. At least 2 years in UIPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with process analysis, design and implementation.
• At least 2 years in RPA technologies (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Job description

• Responsible for hands on development, configuration and testing of process automation (RPA) to meet the defined business process requirements.
• Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Review RPA output and deliverables to ensure compliance and meet expected development lifecycle guidelines.
• Monitor existing RPA functions, be responsible for and develop status reporting, troubleshoot and manage issue resolution of RPA across all phases.
• Work collaboratively with business analyst/business process experts, subject matter experts and business stakeholders during process analysis, script development, QA and UAT phases to deliver high quality RPA automations.
• Participate in code/solution reviews, meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop automated solutions.
• Strive to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends from a variety of sources (internal and external) to create quality solutions, products, and services.
• Provide timely communications and status report to the RPA Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• At least 2 year's experience in RPA technologies (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
