Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for road and bridge projects.
• Track design and construction changes, updating budget projections as needed.
• Generate regular cost reports and forecasts to support project planning.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements for compliance.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to project costs.

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Experienced AutoCAD skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Education

BS in Civil Engineering or a related course

PRC Licensed Engineer preferred
