Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years of nursing or healthcare experience.
• Experience in home health, skilled nursing, healthcare operations, quality assurance, clinical auditing, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and healthcare compliance.
• Experience with EHR/EMR or healthcare management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
