Positions involve coordinating care, providing health education, and MTM support for patients with complex needs, under supervision. A Bachelor’s in Nursing and 2+ years hospital experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree of Nursing and active USRN license.
• 2+ years hospital experience in ICU/ER or general medicine.
• Knowledge of drugs and prior indications of medications.
• Ability to coordinate care and communicate with patients.
