The role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Registered Nurses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet clinical and performance goals.

The position requires a nursing degree with ICU/ER/Gen-Med experience, plus 2+ years in supervisory roles within HC/BPO settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of critical care hospital experience preferably - ICU/MS/ER/Gen - Med Recon, Adult care.
• 2+ years of supervisory BPO HC experience.
• Solid working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Packages, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven good Communications Skills.
• Proven computer literate, Good ISP should be at least 50MBPS.
