Job summary
IFIVE INC. is seeking a USRN - Clinical Informaticist to lead EMR initiatives and support clinical staff in Manila. The role partners nursing, clinical users, and IT to ensure system integrity, educator-led adoption, and compliant documentation within EMR.
Two years of hospital bedside or clinical experience with a nursing license are required, plus a US Compact State license. Night shifts and onsite work at Ortigas are expected.
Qualifications
- Must be a USRN with familiarity using EMR and troubleshooting
- Licensed RN with US Compact State License (e.g., TX, FL, AZ, NC, SC, TN, ID, GA, MO, CO)
- Two years of clinical hospital bedside or clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Willing to work night shifts and onsite at Ortigas location
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and collaborate with nursing, clinical users and IT to plan, develop, test, implement, evaluate and maintain EMR applications
- Serve as primary clinical/technical expert resource and trainer for EMR and documentation
- Identify opportunities to transition paper documentation to electronic systems and lead actions
- Ensure education on data entry and retrieval for staff, including system upgrades and follow-up
- Coordinate chart audits to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulations
- Communicate with clinical staff about EMR issues and provide ongoing updates
