Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a RMPM Warehouseman at Simlong, Batangas to oversee Raw and Packaging Materials inventory. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, issue, and system posting, while maintaining FIFO and timely Goods Receipt processing to support production.

Responsibilities include counting deliveries, reporting ageing, preparing weekly/monthly stock reports, and ensuring proper racking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in basic warehousing operations.
• Forklift knowledge preferred but not required.
• Computer literate, honest, hardworking and dependable.
• Must possess a Driver’s license.
• Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas.
• One full-time position is available.

Responsibilities

• Check the quantity in the Delivery Receipt against the actual quantity received from the supplier.
• Check the quantity in MRS against the quantity issued to Production.
• Check the quantity posted in the system against the actual quantity issued to Production.
• Ensures that all Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (RMPM) are properly positioned at the designated racking position and are free from damages and pilferages.
• Ensures that all deliveries are accurately counted and placed in the designated pallet position.
• Ensures completeness and on time issuance of the needed materials to production to avoid interruption.
• Gives feedback to the Planning group of the critical stocks.
• Ensures complete copies of all Invoices/Delivery Receipts.
• Ensures to generate & process Goods Receipt (GR) for all deliveries received.
• Ensures to meet the standard processing lead-time of Goods Receipt.
• Monitors closely the movement of Raw and Packaging Materials and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Check the quantity of items being returned from Production against the MRS.
• Ensure accurate counting of stocks during inventory count.
• Prepares weekly and monthly ageing report.
• Ensures strict implementation of First-In-First-Out (FIFO).
• Ensures to conduct system cycle count every 3rd day of the month.

RMPM Warehouseman is responsible in the overall operation of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) warehouse. He/She is responsible for Inventory Control to achieve 100 % accuracy.
