Job summary

UCT is seeking an RMA/RTV coordinator to support the factory operations across Malaysia and SEA, with emphasis on communication with suppliers and internal teams. You will manage RMA and RTV processes, prepare required documents, and track status with the MRB and logistics groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RMA/RTV with suppliers to obtain RMA numbers and arrange RTV with required documents.
• Work with MRB, SQE, Buyer and logistics to close RTV and update status.
• Update RTV tracker and communicate RTV status to team regularly.
