Qualifications

Role Description

The RL with Master’s Degree role at Manila Business College is a full-time on-site position based in Manila. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing lessons aligned with the college’s curriculum and academic standards, with an emphasis on business and related disciplines. The RL will prepare instructional materials, guide learners through academic and skill-based activities, and provide regular feedback to support student progress and retention. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of student performance, participating in faculty meetings, contributing to program development, and engaging in academic advising or mentoring. The RL is also expected to support quality assurance initiatives, collaborate with colleagues on institutional projects, and uphold the college’s mission of developing competent, socially responsible graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS).
• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent graduate degree in Library and Information Science
• Must be a Registered Librarian with a valid PRC license
• Must be familiar with Catalogue, DDC & Library systems
• Proficient in oral and written communication
