MacroAsia Corporation is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group ERM system. You will convert diverse risk information into prioritized insights for Management and Board oversight, ensuring consistent practices across the group.
You will lead the risk-management cycle, prepare dashboards and decision briefs, and facilitate workshops with leaders to strengthen controls and reporting.
The Senior Risk Analyst supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MacroAsia Corporation's Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management system. The role converts operational, financial, strategic, regulatory, technology, ESG, climate, and business-continuity information into prioritized risk insights for Management and Board-level oversight. It promotes consistent risk practices across the Parent Company, subsidiaries, and affiliates while preserving clear accountability with business risk owners.
Support the implementation and periodic enhancement of the Group ERM framework, policies, methodologies, templates, taxonomy, and reporting standards, aligned with COSO ERM and ISO 31000 principles
Coordinate the annual and periodic risk-management cycle, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, escalation, and reporting
Prepare materials, analyses, dashboards, and decision briefs for the Risk Management Office, Management Steering Committee, Risk Management Committee, and other governance forums
Facilitate risk workshops, interviews, and challenge sessions with business-unit leaders, finance heads, operations teams, compliance officers, and subject-matter experts
Assess risks based on root cause, likelihood, impact, velocity, interdependencies, time horizon, and effectiveness of existing controls
Own the administrative integrity and analytical quality of the consolidated Group risk register and related business-unit registers
Develop and refine key risk indicators, thresholds, trigger points, escalation rules, data definitions, and ownership assignments
Produce concise monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc risk reports that distinguish signal from noise and clearly explain implications for strategy, performance, liquidity, operations, compliance, reputation, and resilience
Build and maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, trend views, risk-concentration analyses, and management action trackers using appropriate digital tools
Coordinate with business-unit BCP leads and functional owners in maintaining business-impact analyses, continuity plans, recovery priorities, scenario exercises, and lessons-learned records
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Management Engineering, or a related field
At least five years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, financial or operational risk, internal controls, internal audit, compliance, business continuity, strategy, FP&A, or management consulting
Demonstrated ability in risk assessment, risk registers, control evaluation, KRIs, scenario analysis, management reporting, and action monitoring
Working knowledge of COSO ERM and ISO 31000
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize, validate, analyze, and visualize risk data
Strong business writing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Able to explain complex risk issues clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Willingness to visit operating sites, engage multiple business units, handle sensitive information, and work during critical reporting or incident-response periods when necessary
Experience in a diversified group, public company, aviation, food services, utilities, infrastructure, or another highly regulated industry is an advantage
CPA, CMA, CIA, CRMA, CERA, ARM, CBCP, ISO 31000 certification, CRA, or comparable credentials are preferred but not mandatory
