Job summary

TTEC in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our onsite team. You will plan, execute, and document testing activities to assess control effectiveness and ensure policy compliance, partnering with process owners and issue management to drive timely testing and risk mitigation.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, contributing to improvements by identifying gaps, setting milestones with owners, and prioritizing tasks while maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable analyzing large datasets with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Experience with risk identification, mitigation and control assessments and writing test scripts.
• Ability to balance multiple critical priorities and communicate effectively.
• Driven to learn and improve processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test step documentation and preliminary testing based on risk.
• Create and maintain testing support documentation such as workpapers and testing reports.
• Evaluate control testing documentation and determine policy compliance.
• Follow standardized procedures and templates.
• Drive accountability with process owners for timely test completion.
• Partner with issue manager to define milestones and owners for identified issues.
• Prioritize competing responsibilities based on workload.
• Continuously evaluate the environment to manage risk and improve processes.
