Job summary

TTEC in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines is seeking an Operations Analyst to join onsite. You will plan, execute, and document testing activities to assess control effectiveness and ensure policy compliance, partnering with process owners and risk teams.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, you will help drive timely test completion, identify process improvements, and support risk mitigation while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable analyzing large datasets in Google Suite and MS Office
• Experience with risk identification, mitigation and control assessments; writing test scripts and documenting results

Responsibilities

• Develop test step documentation and preliminary testing to assess effectiveness
• Create and maintain testing support documents (workpapers, testing reports)
• Evaluate testing documentation for policy compliance
• Follow standardized procedures and templates
• Drive accountability with process owners for timely test completion
• Collaborate with issue manager to set milestones and timelines for issues
• Balance competing responsibilities based on workload
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve risk management and processes
