Job summary

AboitizPower is looking for a Risk Finance Supervisor to oversee the execution of risk finance activities, providing support across all sites and functions. You will work closely with the Risk Management Team, delivering critical results that positively impact communities while developing your skills in a purpose-driven environment.

Job description

As Risk Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution of the Risk Finance activities and program providing overall risk‑related support for all AP and BU sites and functions and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Risk Management Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Risk Finance deliverables are complied with accurately and on‑time, including providing assistance and coordination during the renewal of insurance programs and sending out reminders for timely submission of renewal information, claims documentation, and premium payments.
• Review and reconciliation of insurance policy terms and invoices at binding to protect from errors that could cause gaps in coverage or incorrect premium costs.
• Analysis of insurance and risk engineering reports.
• Preparation of management reports.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 3‑5 years of equivalent experience in risk management, the power industry, and related fields.
  • Knowledge in insurance industry and markets.
• Certifications: Relevant Risk Management, Insurance or Business Continuity Management certification or training required.
